Food was delicious, I had The Assam Fish, only missed out was at least add few more pcs of vegetable like maybe tomatoes or at least few more extra ladies fingers instead just a piece and cut to half my sister had the Nasi Lemak was nice too

Nice place with quite variety of menu. Laksa was ok and Koeyteow goreng was great too! Thumbs up to their dessert. It is nice

21 Jun 2025 Atmosphere quite stuffy, maybe due to the hot weather (mid valley should adjust the central temperature of air-conditioning) This restaurant has limited space for big groups. When it's comes to the food, nasi goreng belacan, quite salty, and my fried chicken breast part is HARD and DRY. Compared to nasi lemak pandan, it is quite delicious. How about Mee goreng? It also tasted salty. The good thing about this restaurant is that the service is good, especially the man named RAKIF (not really remember ) it's quite short, man. He is very good in service and polite to costumer.

I like the services. Excellent and helpful. Atmosphere was good and comfortable with beautiful decorations. Food should be improve. Beef noodle a bit salty and not fresh kueytiaw. Laksam was good

Order lunch. Tasty nasi dagang. However the desserts are not available as promised. Kitchen problem..

I was surprised to see that UPEH The Gardens only has a 3.2 rating. I’ve tried their asam pedas tenggiri, Chinese-style fried rice, and laksam — all were delicious. The prices are standard for mall dining, and definitely more worth it compared to having Malay cuisine at fancy restaurants. In my opinion, the food at UPEH is more authentic and tasty too. The only downside is the air-conditioning — it’s barely felt inside the shop. I’ve dined indoors before, and it was quite hot. Sitting at the outdoor area was slightly better in terms of comfort. That’s the only weakness I noticed. When it comes to authentic Malaysian flavours, UPEH really delivers. Even tourists should give it a try.

Delicious Malaysian Fare at Upeh Mid Valley Just enjoyed a fantastic meal at Upeh Mid Valley! We tried the Laksam and Nasi Dagang Ikan—both were absolutely delicious with authentic Malaysian flavors. Laksam got lontong, taugeh,kesum, egg, bunga kantan, creamy fish broth. Nasi dagang got salad, ikan tenggiri, egg. Curry sauce is fragrant nice and creamy also. The Sirap Selasih drink was a refreshing complement to our meal. The atmosphere was cozy and the staff were friendly. We highly recommend trying out this spot! Easy to find parking. Paid.

came here during breakfast..they have bfast set which is worth it. but since we cannot live without espresso based coffee, we had to opt out. they served their latte with mini bahulu. brilliant idea and perfect for dipping. i never understand why anyone would serve a dried and hard biscotti with coffee. they dont soak up the coffee so what's the point? tried my first lompat tikam here. sedap! they have other kueh like kueh lopes. the simple nasi lemak is good too. my husband tried their nasi dagang. taste authentic enough. service can be a bit slow.
